I found the issue with the Seleteced Image field for Departments, it was the wrong component, now you should be able to customize any Dept. I just updated the Marketing one.
I see, actually, the field that is requiring is the Department. That "x remove" for the image shouldn't be there, I'm gonna do something to remove it.
one thing I'dn understand is how those Activities were created without a Department since the begining, I mean this field is required and should ask for it in any situation.
Yes, it belongs to Marketing. But the folder now appears twice, and both still have the incorrect date, but instead need to match the folder name of 10-29-2024.
Even though this folder is assigned a department, I can't Bulk Edit it due to the "X Remove" under the folder image. This is the folder: 2024-11-15-GCEC-Morning_jKnight
Cheryl I forgot to ask if you are using the Browser or our Desktop app. Also, please let me know if you have some minutes tomorrow and we can jump into a call so you can maybe show me how is failing in your side and thenwe can see what the problem could be.
There were so many issues during your last desktop app demo, I wasn't sure it was working. I'm using browser. Happy to jump on a call tomorrow so we can test some things out. FYI, neither Nic nor I can make new albums choosing 'Marketing' as the department. This needs fixing asap. Can you please take a look at that?

I’m having trouble adding this comment to the chat, so am emailing you instead. I’m trying to edit metadata across a few thousand assets and the page just says, "Editing across 2343 assets". It's been that way for at least 10 minutes so I have no idea if it needs longer or if we need to add something to indicate when the task is complete. Should it take this long? I will keep the page open just in case.

Hello Cheryl, that issue was fixed recently in our current version, I'm going to schedule an Update to your server to apply this changes, we need some time after the update to verify some configurations may change with the Update so we will preferably do it after hours to avoid downtime for users.
